All models comply with OIML international metrology standards, with calibration certificates available for each range. Custom non-standard weighing solutions for special scenarios are also supported.

Load cells adopt alloy steel hermetically sealed welding technology, while scale bodies are made of high-strength non-slip carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. Under normal working conditions without strong corrosion or frequent overloading, the equipment can serve 8-12 years, with a 3-year warranty for core load cells.

All products are equipped with standard RS232 and RS485 interfaces, supporting the universal Modbus-RTU communication protocol for direct connection with mainstream warehouse and production management systems. Our technical team provides free communication docking guidance for niche customized systems.

All product lines are certified with CE and ISO9001 metrology system qualification. Optional NTEP certification is available for the North American market. All certification documents can be downloaded digitally after placing the order, and stamped paper copies can also be delivered together with the goods.

We provide complete self-calibration operation tutorials, and routine daily calibration does not need to return to the factory. For high-precision scales, we can provide supporting standard weight kits, and also help recommend local metrology calibration service providers to complete annual verification.
